Shipping Policy

Digital Products & Online Courses
- All digital courses, e-books, and online study materials are delivered instantly via email or through our student portal upon successful payment.
- Login credentials and access details will be shared within 24 hours of purchase.

Physical Study Materials & Books
- Orders for physical books and study materials are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Standard delivery time: 5-7 business days (within India), 10-15 business days (international shipping).
- Shipping charges vary based on location and order size, and they will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
- A tracking ID will be provided once the order is dispatched.
- Customers can track their orders through our website or courier partner’s tracking portal.
Exchange & Return Policy
1. Digital Products & Online Courses
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for digital products once they have been accessed.
- If you experience technical issues or incorrect content delivery, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
2. Physical Study Materials & Books
- Exchanges or returns are accepted only if the product is:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Reported within 7 days of receiving the order, with proof (images/videos).
- Once the return request is approved, customers may choose:
- A replacement of the same product.
- A refund in case the replacement is not available.
- Conditions for Return & Exchange:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- The return shipping cost will be covered by Sri Gurudatta Education if the issue is on our end.
